Was using just a normal 120V outlet and just got a NEMA 14-50 installed today. Was curious to hear what other folks see in the FordPass app when charging with a 14-50 outlet. Mine says AcBasic whether it's the normal 120V or NEMA outlet.

Also what charge rates are you all typically seeing at home, and how can you see the specific rate? I couldn't find any in screen display for it in the MME, just the screen above in the FordPass app.

Mine looks the same as yours and I'm plugging in with a 48amp chargepoint. Just says AcBasic.

I get 11kw from my chargepoint at 48amp. The 40amp charger that comes with the car should do 9kw I believe. The car doesn't have any way to see this, my EVSE shows it though. I've also noticed that the "Energy" line on the charging screen sometimes is crazy off. Like my EVSE said it delivered 16kw, and the app said 126kw.

4kWh in 1h26m, seems awfully low. That's the same as my C-Max does (about 3.5 kWh in 1hr).

I'm guessing it's probably slower as I didn't have that low of a charge when I started but don't know for certain.

My experience is only with C-Max, but using the L2 charger, the charging rate is pretty constant until the very last few minutes. My understanding that is that the same is true with full electric cars that are capable of faster charging. So if your charging rate is that slow from a 14-50 outlet, there is a problem.
