Ford Mustang Mach-E Charging Acting Strange Screenshot_20211115-064246_FordPass

A little background, I plugged in last night prior to my charging window from 11-7 and started at 41%. Can anyone explain with the Ford level 2 mobile charger, how did my car only charge from 41 to 66 in 7.5 hours on level 2 charging? Has this happened to anyone else? Furthermore, last night the app stated it would be done charging to 90% by 5:42.

So you got 22 kWh in 7.5 hrs. That's 2.9 kWh per hour. Can you tell how many amps the charger is operating at?

Only thing I know is it's a NEMA 14-50 Outlet that normally has no problem completing 41% to 90% overnight. The power did not go out last night either. I'm thinking it has to be a glitch between the app and the car not keeping my settings stored.

The app will tell you if it stopped charging.

Okay, checked out the app and it states the charge started at 2:34 AM and was unplugged by me at 6:30 AM. The app also clearly states my preferred charging times are 11 PM-7 AM. Forgot all about the charge logs on the app, thanks for the reminder. So for some reason the car did not charge for the first 3 hours and 34 minutes in the timeframe.

So you have your answer. You don't have a cause, you have an answer. Since you have 11PM at your start time, 2:34 isn't that time in a different time zone, so that's not the issue.

See if it does it again.
