Hi everyone. Checking if this performance is normal? I was dissatisfied with how little my car charged last night. My math (assuming 3.5 m/kWh) tells me my average charge from 21-70% was only 3.7 kW/h (895 watts). While it should be capable of 7200 watts. I know there is loss converting to DC, etc, but this feels too low considering the range it was charging. What is your experience?

EVSE operating at 5.6 kW or about 24A. Not sure what your normal amperage is, but the car was probably derating due to an overheating charge port. Very common problem right now.

Any fault indication on the charger such as amber light?

Then as mentioned quite a bit of reported “slowing-down” of changing due to high temps.
