Charging schedule/location gone?

Plugged my car in last night, and woke up to find it hadn't charged. I checked my Ford app and my target charge, charging window, and even the charger itself are all gone.

I'll set it up again when I get home, but if I had really needed the charge, this would have been disastrous. Has this happened to anybody else? Any ideas what triggered it???

Just in case anybody else finds this, it turns out the Wallbox Pulsar got a bad update and froze up. Lost all connection. After rebooting it, it reconnecting to my phone and then showed up in Ford once again.
