Suddenly have an issue with wife's Mach e: apparently, the car won't signal to the Level 2 charging station (a Grizzl-e) that it's reached the target charge; it just keeps charging. We had the target set to 90% and had to manually stop the charging process by removing the plug. The car was indeed charged to 90%. I then tested by restarting charging with a new target of 100%. According to the app, the car reached 99%, but stayed at 99% and would not reach 100% even after an extended period of time. I then used the app to stop the charging process. This worked, charging stopped. Oddly, the app then reported a 100% charge. Hope this makes sense and greatly appreciate any ideas. Thanks!

Hi there! Can you send us a PM with your VIN and Ford dealership information? I’d be happy to look into this on my end.

Thank you very much. "Started a conversation" with you - I hope that's the same as a PM.

I had a similar issue appear the first time I requested a 100% charge (my normal setting is for 90%) after getting the most recent Power-Up. (2.3.0, I think…the one with the larger CarPlay screen.) After that one time requesting 100, it kept going to 100 every time I plugged-in after that even though the location was still set for 90.

I ended-up wiping out my home location for charging and rebuilding it as if it were a new charger, again with the 90% limit. Since then, it’s been fine, so I’m going with some kind of glitch.

Are you sure you have it set to "User preferred charge settings", and not "Charge when plugged in"?

Yes. The car reached 90% around 9:00 PM and continued to charge until the next morning when I noticed it hadn't stopped.

Thanks for this suggestion. I tried it and so far, so good.
