Check brake system error

I bought a used 2021 MME AWD First Edition with 195,000 km.

The Check brake system error popped up.

My Ford service center replaced the brake booster, the Check brake system error popped up again after they drove it a few km.

They put a call into the Ford hotline because they didn't have a solution to fix a brake issue.

Their hotline said to check the entire brake system for air and leaks.

They said they found some air in the brake lines.

After taking it for a drive, the Check brake system error popped up again.

The Ford tech has another call into their hotline.

Anyone else ever have this issue?

Got an update today.

The local Ford engineer said that I have aftermarket brakes and rotors on the rear.

The engineer said the aftermarket brakes and rotors could cause the Check brake system error.

The Ford tech ordered new Ford OEM brakes and rotors and said they will be get here next week.

Has anyone heard of after market brakes causing the Check brake system error?
