I'm about to detail the Mach E and was wondering what everyone's take is on cleaning out the radiator. There are about a million dead bugs in there and I don't want to just blast it with a pressure washer. Also, what's the correct way to open the vents so I get access to the radiator grill?

There is no way to open the vents that I've ever read. I have never cleaned a radiator with anything but a garden hose, and then rarely.

Wait until it’s 75° out and initiate a charge. The shutters will then open and you can hit it with a hose or radiator cleaner.
Second option would be to precondition for an hour to warm the battery. Drive the hell out of it for 15 minutes. Come back and initiate a charge. That might have the battery warmed enough for the shutters to open.
Last option, pull the frunk tub and hit it from the back. The fam and shroud are a bit in the way, but should be doable.

This is the best way IMO.

Waiting for it to be warm outside to detail a car is almost counter-intuitive haha.

But removing frunk tub sounds good. Ill try that. Thanks!
