Clock and location not updating

Hi,
Over our past few journeys we had three possibly related issues:

1) The street location on the screen above the steering wheel wasn’t updating.
2) the time wasn’t moving the large screen
3) several things we couldn’t do in the big screen like change radio station

#1 happened on multiple Drives. #2 and #3 were only a time event and haven’t happened again.

any thoughts ?

Two things you can do:
Reset Sync.
Take it to the dealer for service.

Reboot sync by holding the down volume and right arrow until the screen goes dark.

Yes, reboot. If it happens again, take to a dealer.
