I have a mutipoo that climbs into front seat, especially when left in car. Frequently presses on the emergency switch. Has anyone have a solution? Maybe a cover available. Quite an annoying position for these switches. Thx

Many people have posted about this, here and on FB. People have jury-rigged a piece of something over the switch. Others have been told "don't let your pet loose, it's not safe". Haven't seen any other "solution".

Thabj for responding. New to blog. I had thought of jury rigging smtg, a piece if leather maybe. Just thought someone might have a nice solution, that doesn't look like a total clung. I'll look for old posts.

sound like a perfect project for @AOSK

something that attaches to the armrest maybe ? could be flipped up, or slid back-forth as needed ?

I keep my switch covered in a mixture of 79% nitrogen, 20.9% oxygen and 0.1% other assorted elements.

Covering the hazard switch, which you might need to hit in an EMERGENCY, seems like an awful idea, especially if the car is driven by someone that doesn't know it's covered.
