Creating a trip plan always results in an error

I just updated the ford pass app. I’ve logged out and back in. I’ve turned off and on the phone. I e force quit and restarted the app.

Every time I try to create a new trip plan I get an error saying that FordPass isn’t responding.
Is this a known issue, or something going on?
It’s been misbehaving for days, but I was hopeful that the latest app update would solve it.

Yup get the same problem every time I try and plan a trip. Frustrating.

Going Somewhere crashes the FP app for me.
Planning A New Trip seems to work.

Turns out I got it fixed.
The problem was some connectivity issues between Ford and the car.
I was able to talk to fordapp support and they suggested that I reset the connection settings in the car.
I did that and then what happened was the error changed to my trip log was full for my vin. But there were no saves trips!

after a few min I checked the car and there were a bunch of repeat trips. I deleted them all and then everything started working again.

Now I can create trips on my phone and upload em to the car!
