Cyber Orange vinyl wrap

Hey peeps, I'm currious to see if anyone knows of a vinyl wrap manufacturer who makes a Cyber Orange wrap? I think I found this close match for a trim wrap job I have planned for my Mach-e. I want to be sure I haven't exhausted all my option before I seal the deal.

How did your wrap go? I want to get some Cyber Orange-colored vinyl to wrap the piano black parts in the interior, and I'm not sure I've found the best option

It wasn't an exact match to the color unfortunately. However I have another color that got delivered today that seems promising. I'm hoping will be an exact match, I just have to wash my car in the morning to be absolutely sure.

Stumbled over here from the Bronco forums looking for the same holy grail to wrap my top/doorhandles/mirror caps... how did it work out? can you tell me what you've tried that didn't work?

Here's the end result with this wrap. I think it looks good, but the lighting in my garage is a bit different than the outside world. Will be posting pictures in the morning once I take it out for a spin ?

Looks a shade lighter, but probably not as detectable if not right next to the CO paint... looking forward to seeing it in natural light! Any plans to let us in on what the secret sauce is? lol

So here are the natural light shots i took. It does look a little off so i think my search continues for an exact match but this will have to do until i find it! I'll be posting all the wraps I've tried on this journey in the morning once I've had time to sit down and look at all my orders for the past few months. ?

looks good though. Def a hard color to match as much as it changes. looking forward to seeing the previous attempts. Hope you're ready to divulge some color names too lol.

I have wanted to wrap some things in the color of my car for a while now. Since I couldn't find any perfect match vinyl recommendation on the internet, I ordered some small samples and compared them to the real life color of my Cyber Orange RWD.

I would always recommend picking colors for projects in real life. These samples weren't expensive or hard to obtain by any means, but I thought I'd post some photos in case anyone wants a pointer for future wrap projects.

These are all the samples on the car in semi-cloudy weather, I've laid out the types in the table below.

Avery Dennison SWF EARS 104 "Dark Yellow"	Orafol 970-020 "Golden Yellow"	Ford Cyber Orange
Orafol 970-208 "Post yellow"	3M 2080-G25 "Sunflower Yellow"	Orafol 970-209 "Corn Yellow"

The one that surprised me the most was the Avery Dennison, as it didn't come close to what I personally would call a dark yellow tone.

As far as I know, our recently EV6-bound member Mach N Cheese used the 3M product to wrap the gloss plastic trim below the center screen, as seen in his video "I HATE GLOSS BLACK INTERIORS" (same).

To my eyes though, the Orafol 970-020 "Golden Yellow" was the closest contender.

I'm as of yet unsure whether to wrap the parts I've been looking at, or if I should instead have them painted in real tri-coat Cyber Orange at a shop. This color changes quite a bit with the outside lighting conditions, so I'm not certain a flat (non-metallic) wrap can really compare.

These photos were taken on an iPhone 12 PM.

Side note: Defending the fact that my car is indeed Cyber Orange to my family and friends was not made easier by me having to order color samples in varying shades of yellow, and then having one be a really close match, too.

Have you found any new vinyls since your last post? I keep getting drawn to the Orafol one but if there is something closer out there I'd like to know

I went to a wrap shop to get some other recommendations a few weeks ago, but they didn't have anything else that came close. Thus, so far, I'm still thinking that Orafol is the best match.

Copy that, i think there is one by 3M that might be close, its called gloss sunflower. I ordered a sample. To see how it compares to the OEM paint
