Definitely noticed #1. I'm in SoCal and payed more attention only after I got my Mach-E. I guess it's what your comfortable with. I unfortunately had requested the front plate be put on and regret it now

You could still remove it. They make plugs for them and on a darker car they are much less noticable.

Another couple laws that 50% of people never follow: when your windshield wipers are on your headlights must also be on regardless, day or night. Also, driving with parking lights on is illegal.

Is that Petro-Canada in Kamloops? If so, how was your charging experience? I will need to stop there this summer on a Chilliwack to Shuswap Lake trip. Sweet MME!!

It was the Kamloops one.
The speed was top notch, and it was the best bang for the $
Flo/BCHydro is .25/min but top out at 50kw. It can take 40-55min to get from 10% to 80%
Electrify Canada was fast, but .57/min.
Petro-Canada was top of the speed curve the whole charge and was .27/min. I went from 12% to 80% in 32min.

If you don't mind waiting a bit longer in some places, the Ministry of Transportation 50kw chargers are all free in BC. They're all on Plug share map and named in their website. I used them twice on my last trip. 50min each time, wasn't horrible for free fill up.
