Let us know when you successfully charge DCFC. This was undoubtedly your problem.

That looks like a pin cap. It's the plastic thing at the tip of DC pins. It must have fallen off another vehicle into the plug, then gotten shoved into your port when you plugged in somewhere.

It's a good idea to look inside the DC plug before plugging in, just in case it's damaged or there's debris inside it.
