Yes it did. It comes this way so it can display the pony logo that is in your FOB.

Very similar to the picture on the first post but has a cut out on the back so that the Mustang logo shows. Got it on Amazon. Be aware that these cases make it bulkier.

The fob I got for my 2022 Mach-E has the electric (striped) Mustang on the back, and the Mustang looks larger than what you're showing on this fob. I'm not sure that cutout will fully show the electric Mustang. {Jonathan}
