Rear seat delete?

Has anybody deleted the rear seats on their car? I can't find any kits on it and since I never have human passengers I'd like to modify the back for my older dog to easily get in and out of on road trips.

Huh. Sounds like @HuntingPudel would have an opinion on this.

Being a cat, I have two-legged chauffeurs and sit in the back. So, as would be typical of Felis catus, I am of no practical use except in bossing the hairless apes around.



Chauffeur's note: I actually haven't seen such a conversion, but it's an interesting idea.

I assume you just want to remove the seat bottom cushion and leave the seat back? That's what I'd do if you want a lower area for your dog to be able to get in and lay down. Then put a large moving blanket down or something comfortable in that area.
