Demo model for test drive

Does anyone know of a dealer that has a demo model that can be used for test drives? I am in the Sacramento area and don't know of a way to test drive before deciding to place an order when it's opened up. I could rent on Turo but that seems overkill for a 30 minute drive. Call me crazy but I don't want to spend up to 60k on something I haven't sat in or driven.

if you can travel to SF than Serramonte ford has GT on sale, so you can test drive it. check with Northern California Mach-e group on FB, we have very active members in Sacramento metro.
I'll be in Pittsburg in 5 days, but not sure if you would like to meet at 5.am. on Saturday.

Thanks. I keep looking for one locally at CarMax too so I can drive something but I might have to travel to the Bay Area to be able to take one for a drive. Thanks for the heads-up on the group.

All the demo units were in 2021, and dealers sold them. Unless you find one for sale, they are hard to find.

Walnut creek ford has a MME premium that they use strictly for test drives, just make appointment online.

I also live in Sac. the local Ford dealers will not be getting my business. The worst is Future Ford—they wont even tell you a firm ADM price even if you order a vehicle with them, say it’ll depend on “market” price when the vehicle is delivered
