Hi, all!
I have a morning departure set to heat and afternoon departure set to cool, but the Mach-E either heats both morning and afternoon (mostly) or runs the AC both morning and afternoon. As it is winter here, I had heating set both morning and afternoon. The dealer did nothing but set my afternoon departure to cool to see what would happen. As you can see from the screenshot, set to COOL but climate kicked in on HI with seat warmer, defrost, and heated steering on. I've left my car at the dealer cause I just can't understand this.... Keep reading it's either a "glitch" or it's "normal" and I just can't defend this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
