Yesterday we had friends in the back seat and when we arrived at our destination, the rear passenger side door would not open from the inside. Yes, the car was in park, and the doors were unlocked (all three other doors opened fine). It ultimately opened with the button from the outside. Today, the same thing happened in the front passenger seat. Has this happened to anyone else? This seems... alarmingly unsafe that this is even possible.

On the same trip today, I was unable to open the driver window. Front passenger was able to open their window. Once we were at our destination and left a few hours later, the window was opening just fine. Anyone have this glitch before?

We're sneaking up on 12 months of ownership and have had minor glitches before but the first time with this set of glitches. And as I mentioned, the door not opening from the inside seems incredibly unsafe.

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.

Are you sure you didn’t have the child safety lock button on? It’s actually weird because if you have it on and you turn the car off, you can’t turn it off until you turn the car back on.

I don't think it was possible that it was the child safety lock because it was only one of the back doors in one instance and the front passenger door in the other instance.
