Doors won't lock

Sometimes the car won't recognize PAAK so I have to enter the passcode on the screen. I've noticed that when I get to my destination and try to lock the car using the lock button on the door, it won't lock so I have to lock it from the Ford Pass app. Is that normal?

Normal? No, but it does happen. Just hit the 7-8 and 9-0 buttons simultaneously and it will lock regardless of the key or PaaK status.
