Drive mode not available - Possible solution

I got the drive mode not available again today.
I started playing with stuff while driving.

I don’t know if this was a coincidence or not, but, when I turned traction control off and then on, using the physical button, I was able to select a drive mode again.

I don’t know if this would also work for non-GTs that don’t have the physical traction control button.

The problem with every drive mode error 'fix' is that it's impossible to tell if that really fixed it or not. I just have to wait about one minute and it goes away on it's own.

All MMEs that aren’t 2021 Job 1 cars have the physical traction control button. It’s not a GT thing.

This... It appears to just be random. I had a week where it happened several times in a row. Then it stopped. Makes it extremely hard to reproduce, to attempt to fix.

Likely coincidence. I've had it happen, immediately pull up settings, and it let me put it back to my desired drive mode. Other times it refuses so I have to just leave it and try again later before it works.

It's just coincidence. It's a confirmed software bug. There's no workaround.
