Got this alert last Friday whole using cruise control for ten minute to a 20 minute drive in the middle of the day found it to be rely weird has anyone else had this warning?

i got it briefly a couple of weeks ago.

The vehicle decided you must have been showing signs of driver fatigue and was suggesting a break. You can turn it off in settings.

It uses a few different things to determine this. If you get the keep hands on steering wheel a lot, and if you are moving around in the lane a lot or having delayed reaction times to things.

I have not received this in my Mach-e, but I did get it in a Ford rental a while back. It was correct--I had just landed from a long flight. I took its advice and took a break.
