Drivers Seat Tears in 2022 Premium

My Mach-E which is less than 3 years old has around 8 small microtears in the drivers seat on the side of the seat that the door is on. Assuming its just from getting in and out but I feel that a seat in a 60k car should last longer than 2.5 years. Any change I get warranty to cover repair replacement?

Here is pic. There are so many with the same issue. This is not normal wear and tear and to sell a car with seats that dont last 3 years is a defect.
