I started receiving the ‘Door Fault Service Required’ message a few weeks ago. I had it scanned and received the attached.
dealer says ‘module is bad and needs replaced’ but is also saying that my Premium ESP does not cover it. Really?? Seems like a fairly open/shut case for an extended warranty. Thoughts?

Call the BEV team, I had the door faults, completely covered by my PremiumCare extended, 3 thrips to the dealer, replaced module, wiring harness and lock mechanism

When I had my '21 at around 46K miles the RR door module was replaced under the Ford PremiumCare Extended Warranty.

Appreciate the feedback. Dealer has called Ford ESP to try to get an understanding as to why it is not coming through as covered. They are saying that the part number is LJ8Z58219A65P (or Z58219A65).
Going to try to call BEV as well to get this pushed from Dealer and Customer.

UPDATE - Dealer got the ESP issue corrected and ordered the part. The car was in for the work today and I received 3 High-Voltage Battery warnings and a Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power notifications via the app.
Called the dealer and they said that they ‘experienced additional issues’ after replacing the part and are currently investigating what happened.
