In case there are any other DTE customers (MI utility) looking at the chargers that qualify for the $500 rebate, I thought I'd pass this along.
On the DTE residential charger rebate page, they list all of the Enel-X Juicebox products with the "Pro" name. But "Pro" indicates the commercial products, which are much more expensive. I got an email confirmation that this is a mistake with the DTE website, and the regular Juicebox residential models qualify for the rebate.
I'm interested in the Juicebox 40, which is why it's mentioned specifically:

Yes the Juicebox 40 is part of the incentive. The link on the web site you go to for enel X shows rebates are available for those chargers. As far as the web site saying “pro” this was a recent change by enel x and our web site will be corrected in that the “pro” will be removed from the name.
