Efficiency no longer able to show data? 0 mi/kwh

Our efficiency gauge shows a circle and line through it for the battery and always displays 0 mi/kwh.

Anyone else? Any known fix?

I see that on Trip 1 and Trip 2 periodically. Seems to go away after a certain amount of driving but I couldn’t tell you exactly how much. For instance, today I just moved my car from the street to the garage and Trip 1 showed 3m/kw and Trip 2 showed 0. No idea why.

Have you tried resetting the driving history? I don't recall exact steps. If you need that I'm sure I or someone else could guide you.
