Today I did my normal updating with FDRS that I've done many times before. Lotsa updates including IPMA -- yay, finally, updated BlueCruise for my Job 1!
Except...
After the IPMA was successful, it wanted to do the steering control module(?). This failed -- I wasn't looking so I'm not sure if this was before or after programming -- saying that it could not download the updated config file from Ford because it was not found on their servers(!).
I figured I'd give it another try, except that it no longer appears in my SW Updates.
I figured, okay, maybe everything is actually fine. And it kinda is -- the new BlueCruise seems to be there, and it doesn't go out of BC when I turn on a turn signal, but it also doesn't actually change lanes. If I nudge with the steering wheel it instantly goes out of BC. So I'm guessing getting that updated config for the steering control module was pretty important after all.
Anyone know how I can force that module to be reprogrammed and/or force it to try to download the config again?
