I'm getting this message on Ford Pass:
"Drive your vehicle to reconnect Ford Pass and exit battery saver mode".

How far do I need to drive to clear this? Also, I'm showing 75% charged but when I plug in the charger, it doesn't show it's charging.

Any help/suggestions are appreciated. I'm SO NEW at this. Thanks.

Your car has gone into what is known as deep sleep. This means that it has turned off almost everything to save energy. This usually happens if either a) there is something consuming an unusual amount of power (e.g., an always-on dash cam), or b) the car has been sitting unused for many days or weeks.

To get it out of deep sleep all you need to do is open the door. But it wouldn't hurt to drive it for at least 30 minutes to give it a chance to charge the 12V battery (which is what runs all of the electronics in the car).
