Got my MME yesterday and so far loving it! I am having a problem with my Grizzl-e Smart though. I plug in the handle and get an error. Counting the beeps (seven of them) gets me to "Pilot state is Status E." Sounds to me like it's an amperage issue and that I should drop down to something lower.

Anyone come across this one before? I called United but they don't have support on weekends. ?‍♂

Make sure the J 1772 handle is fully inserted into the car charge port. Some have reported the grizzle is a snug fit and difficult to get fully inserted.

For clarity, I'm seeing the error into hr Grizzl-e, the car stays white.
Watch the car indicator for at least 30 seconds, it takes a minute.

Status E means the pilot is at 0V, so the Grizzl-E might be broken if you’re sure the plug insertion is good. Also if the FordPass app says “plugged in not charging” 30 seconds after plugging in.

Ok you've got me thinking it's a faulty unit. Ingitt his message in FordPass:

"stopped charging due to an external issue. Please check if there is a problem with the power source or current charge station."

Thanks for the help!
