Hi, I'm wondering if anyone else has gotten this error message before on their Mach e and if so, what happened?
Today I got a message through the app with the title "SRS Failed Due Low DTE". When I opened it, the full text says "Your scheduled start was not initiated because Blucille has low DTE while unplugged. Please plug in your vehicle to increase your DTE level."
A few things to note:
I searched the forums for both error messages and there's plenty on the 12v error, some of which indicates it's a bug and you can ignore the message and others whose cars crapped out shortly after so I still don't know what to think about that. The error message today about DTE...well, I can't find much about that. Some people were mentioning a DTE charging program, but that doesn't seem to be what this error is about and to my knowledge, I never enrolled in it anyway.
Has anyone else experienced either or both of these messages? How concerned should I be?
I plan to take it to the dealer regardless, but wanted to ask all of you since the service departments are hit or miss as to how much they actually know about servicing these cars.

A few things to note:
- My car is a '22 Premium
- It as plugged in and at 100% charge when I received the above message about DTE
- Yesterday afternoon I got a different error message on the app: "Plug in to maintain 12v battery - Please plug in Blucille to recharge its battery. It's voltage is low, which could make it difficult to start your vehicle"
- Shortly after I got that message about the 12v on the app I had to go somewhere. When I got in the car I got a dashboard error message that said "12v battery fault - service soon". The car started fine, I was able to go run my errand, start the car again, and drive it home with no issue.
