Exterior trim part # question

Was washing the car this weekend and noticed that on the passenger side roof, there's black plastic piece that runs from the front to the back. On the back it was loose. comparing to the driver side, it looks to be missing a rubber piece which I'm guessing is what holds it in place.
Does anyone know what the part # for that piece is or where I can get one? (local dealer weekend parts dept was no help). Thanks.
