The car can draw ‘wall power’ to run the battery cooling system.
For clarification - the car will draw from a Ford Connected Charging Station when it is outside the charging window?

Only if it's set to allow it to charge. If it's in one of the blocked off time windows it will not charge.
It's possible if the ESVE is set to allow charge and the car isn't in it's charge window, it might just cool the car (this should be basic functionality Ford shoulda figured out).

And, 130 bah! it was 148 on mine the other day and we were 'only seeing 114'. Can't wait till we're back over 120 again. Going to re-shrink all that shrink tube.

The charging times set in the car are ‘preferred’ not blocked. So if plugged in the car will draw power at anytime if required. This is if you have no schedule set on the EVSE, only a schedule set in the car.

Not sure about the Ford EVSE, but if it’s like my ChargePoint EVSE then if the charge schedule is set on the EVSE then it won’t allow any power draw outside of the charge window.

If you want the car to have control then don’t set a schedule on the EVSE.
