fan noise

Alright, had the fan replaced at the dealership. Fast forward three days later - same noise in the morning vehicle start. Dealer replaced radiator fan motor assembly. What else could this noise be coming from ? Any other fans that kick in only when these louvers are open ? @Mach-Lee Thanks!

No other fans, but it might be the grille shutter actuator motor stripping gears.

Really does not look and sound like an actuator as noise rhythm changes with the fan speed. Possibly the fan blades hit on something once engaged ? Any wires could be there in the way ?

Hi all, at this point my dealership says this noise is typical on MME and they listened to another MME 2022 that was at the time in the service and it produced similar noise after putting on charge and after louvers have opened. Note that my MME is 2024 Premium AWD. So all in all they are telling me this is a normal noise from their perspective. I wonder if any of you can possibly record a video and attach it here so I figure out if the noise is indeed typical or if not then I can prove to the dealership that other MME cars do not make this noise by showing this video to them. The noise is reproducible in relatively hot weather after the vehicle goes on charge and after the louvers have opened I.e. after 30 seconds or so once charger is attached and the vehicle starts charging.
