Ok downloaded everything, have it connected to the MME via Mongoose and everything checks out. But I’ve been sitting here for a while and it says “Performing Network Test - Requesting Complex Tools; Downloading vehicle specific tool list.” Is it normal to take a while at this first stage? TIA

Sometimes it does that, reboot the computer and try again.

I might see antivirus, make sure that's disabled. Also run windows updates before doing car updates so it doesn't try while updating (BAD).
