I have already tried many times with VPN on approximately 10-15 physical computers with more than one license and more than one user. I have been experiencing this problem for the last month.
I know the frustration. There were several times in the last two years that I, and other "Independents", weren't able to log on and use our paid subscription. Hopefully the help desk can sort you out or give you a refund.

If anybody else needs the email address for the helpdesk (run by a Bosch employee) DM me and I'll send it to you.

I don't want a refund, there are a lot of cars, I need to solve their problems.

Try uninstalling FDRS completely (delete all files associated with FDRS) and try installing an older version to see if it lets you log in:

The first one is 39.6.4 and the second link is 41.5.6.

To make sure all files are deleted, go to your c drive and make sure you have it showing hidden files. Go into program data and make sure the Ford Motor Company folder is deleted after you uninstall FDRS. If it is still there, delete and then try to install the older version of FDRS to see if that works.

نعم، لقد استخدمت VPN وعمل، ولكن عليك حذف ملفات البرنامج من الكمبيوتر.

I get the same issue with the latest FDRS versions. The last one that does not have this issue is 41.5.6 (linked above).
I’m in Canada if it matters but it shouldn’t as we can legally license FDRS on the Canadian site.

This was the last good version of FDRS and the one I still use until Ford forces me to update it. The newer versions are garbage.
