I know the frustration. There were several times in the last two years that I, and other "Independents", weren't able to log on and use our paid subscription. Hopefully the help desk can sort you out or give you a refund.I have already tried many times with VPN on approximately 10-15 physical computers with more than one license and more than one user. I have been experiencing this problem for the last month.
If anybody else needs the email address for the helpdesk (run by a Bosch employee) DM me and I'll send it to you.
