FDRS Login Server Down?

UPDATE: I solved this by downgrading to the previous release of FDRS. It worked right away. There must have been an issue introduced with the latest version and it wasn’t allowing me to connect to the login server.

Anyone ever seen this issue? Trying to login to FDRS to use my 2 day license I paid for and I can activate the license but can't login to my Motorcraft account. When I try to login it says "Can't connect to FDRS servers" and when I do the network diagnostic test, it shows that the Login server connection as Fail.

This is really frustrating since I'm going to be out 50 bucks if this doesn't start working...

I'm on windows 11 pro. Tried disabling every firewall and windows defender setting I could find...

Any ideas??

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately that didn't help and it still says the login server is down...

Make sure not to be on a VPN.

If you don't get it working, call support and they can credit you for another 2 day license.

Update: the problem was the latest version of FDRS.
I downgraded to the previous release that I found online and it worked right away.

I am angry with fdrs. I can't log in. Authentication server problem with 38.5.7. version. I can't log in since 3 days. Is it normal?
