FitcamX install - how do I remove this wire?

The instruction videos all make it look like this should just wiggle free or pop off easily... but it's very solidly in there for me and I don't want to break it by forcing it. Am I missing a clip or something?

If you can't get it with your fingers, just wiggle it out carefully with pliers.

It’s hard to get off. Carefully keep working it.

I used a pair of needle nose pliers and gently wiggled it off. I could not get it off with just my fingers.

pinch the sides with your fingers or a needle nose pliers and wiggle it... it will come free.

(Or did you want to remove the entire connector as well?)
