How to remove/replace gear shift panel?

I bought a new gear shift panel because the current one has a deep scratch through the leather. I'm unsure of how to get the current one off and am concerned about breaking something.

I can see on the new one there are some clips on the bottom, but also some threaded screw holes.

Anyone know if it's a simple snap on/off, or is this more complex than I bargained for?

Hi Brennan, that panel just pops up. Those four white retainers are the only thing holding it down. Start in the right front corner and pull up (hard) then the left front, then pull up the rear. It is very easy but they are on there pretty good.
