Fix for headlight switch

I have been waiting a year to get my headlight switch fixed so my lights do not stay on from time to time drainingthe battery. The dealership keeps telling me it is a defective switch that Ford is redesigning. How long does it take to fix a switch? I have a similar switch in my F350 with no issues. Are the putting the same defective switch in the new Mach Es? Does anyone have a new Mach e with an issue with the auto headlights or is my dealership giving me the run around? I thought Ford was focusing on quality now? What good is a warranty if you can't get defects fixed? This is a reputation issue Ford needs to fix. What are your thoughts?

I just had my headlight switch replaced hassle free. Called, quoted the SSM over the phone, they ordered the part and scheduled me in quickly.

They did briefly tell me they would have to schedule me out until the next available EV technician appointment like a month out, but after some discussion they agreed it didn't require that one specific guy.

The headlamp switch that you most likely need is in Memphis there's 274 at that PDC
