I will try that.
For #2 issue I deleted then re-installed the Charger first then I charged my car last night. The Ford pass app still does not indicate how many KW I used.
p.s. My car is now saying I have 310 miles... I must be driving it too easy...

Update. It looks like I fixed #2 issue. This is what I did:
1) Deleted my charge station from FordPass.
2) plugged in my charger into my car and started charging
3) re-installed my charging station...
Looks like it's fixed...
