Ford App - start charge just spins

This started last week, car is plugged in and outside of the normal charge windows.

When plugged in at home sometimes I want a little extra charge. If I tap start to get a charge outside of the charge windows it just spins.

I have to adjust the charge window in the car to initiate a charge. Super annoying!

anyone else seeing this?

Could be you need to delete the app and then reinstall it. I find when apps don't work correctly that usually fixes it.

I am hoping to avoid that so I don’t have to reset up PAAK .

I am not 100% sure of this but I think I deleted the app, then reinstalled it and used my log in and everything remained the same. Didn't have to redo PAAK. I use Apple iPhone. Maybe wait for others to chime in to verify that is either correct or incorrect don't want to false lead you into a bigger project.

I always first try a hard restart on the iPhone. Sometimes it will clear up a glitch in the matrix. ??

I changed the charge window in the car, changed it back in the app, now the start button works. ?‍?‍

Here is what I do… I have found all of these at one time or another to solve the problem.
of late things seem better. ?

check the clock’s time on the car
reboot phone
reboot car software
