The charger in the box is heading back to Ford, under warranty. After about 3 months of working great, I started to experience a "Charing Error" on my FordPass app, and Amber status light on the charger, and a blinking red light on the vehicle (Mach E) charging port, when unplugged after the charger status is amber. The issue was with the charger itself and it only showed up if the "Preferred Charge Times" feature is enabled. Once I figured it out (with AWESOME help from Ford Customer Support) that that was the issue, I turned off Preferred Charge Times feature off while I was waiting for a warranty replacement charger (about a week). Turning it off kept the car charged up at home. After swapping out for a new charger, all is functional again!!
I saw this issue/question pop up in this forum and in some of the other Mach E Forums. So, thought I would share. Apparently, this is an issue with the Ford Charger Pro only and Ford will replace under warranty. If not under warranty the options may be more limited :-(.
