L2 Charger Report Error?

Last night the wife charged our 2024 MME, but when I uplugged it this morning and recorded the information, it was incorrect. When it was plugged in the charge level was at 35%. The Charging History showed the Start level at 75% and it only showed 12kWh added. We typically charge at 30% up to 90%.

We have only had PonyGurl since January 2, and ironically, the installers of our L2 charger are coming by today for a routine inspection, but does anyone have anything to offer about why this charge would show up incorrectly? Is it a charger issue or a Ford App issue?

When the wife left work, it was at 86%, so obviously used more kWh than shown...

The app for my Autel EVSE is much more accurate and indicates the true amount of electricity that I will be billed for. I don't pay much attention to the FP app.
