Ford Connect Charger issue

I’m having an issue where I am unable to connect my Ford Connect charger to the ford pass app. The charger works fine, but unable to connect on the app. It won’t let me rest it either. Any ideas?

Are you sure that is the correct access code? And did you use the pairing app?

Everything looks good. The error doesn't make sense... All I can think of trying is to restart the charge station (power cycle), wake 10 minutes, then restart the phone, then try connecting it to FordPass again.

I have a lot of connectivity issues between the Charge Station Setup app (Android) and the station itself -- most of the time the app fails to connect or it crashes after it connects.

But my connection to between the charge station and FordPass is pretty much rock solid.
