Rivian dead last?! wow....I would take anything from CR with a huge grain of salt, but it is a data point and it does paint people's perceptions.
The MME was my first ever Ford product and I absolutely love it. Previously was big with Jeep Gand Cherokees and never had any issues with them either in over 15 years (other than their abysmal safety ratings).

CR is more than just a data point, they do a good job of laying out their criteria. This makes it easier for us to evaluate how the data is relevant to our preferences. One of their newer ratings is allover customer satisfaction. This often does not jibe with the rest of their ratings.
