I can't wait to see some dry pavement driving impressions. I currently drive a VW GTI on coilovers that have been setup for track use (my kidneys hate me) and I love the way it handles. It literally feels like a gokart going around turns and is so planted. I know the Mach E is a bigger vehicle, I just hope it will retain some of that driving pleasure that I'm sure to miss out on. Then again, I think with the GT, I'll be happy either way with performance.

The AWD is amazing in dry conditions. I think a straight up drag race with my 2005 GTO would be neck and neck but the Pontiac would be left behind on a road course. In the Mach E, you can pick up the throttle much much earlier than we normally do when coming out of a corner.
