Ford Navigation Sets Up Destinations On Its Own?

We normally use Android Auto for navigation, and it works for us.

Lately, the Ford Navigation has started setting up destinations on its own and starts stating turns we need to make, etc.

I can go manually to Ford Navigation and turn it off, but how can I stop it from doing this in the first place?

Wife is not happy about this...

It’s a setting buried in the Sync Nav menu - predictable routes or something I know I have the name totally off.
