FORD are you reading cause you're not listening. My 2021 Premium 4yr lease opt. is up a few days ago and after making the last payment two months ago, I still don't see any email or paperwork on my Ford Account page after calling FMC 5 times now.
The Lease Opt was a great Covid era program at 2.5%. (my local rip off dealer refused to honor the rate and padded it up to 4.5%, but FORD did correct it with in a week after I complained). Sadly between all the recalls, The dealer always trying to rip me off in the back room, and the recent TSB rear trailing arms having to be replaced out of pocket for $800 and now the front camera cable with 32,000 miles on a standard battery (less 400lbs from EX)...My long history of owning Fords is wrapping as I refi the ballon on this EV at the same 2.5% rate promised in order to give to my daughter. We wanted a new Bronco Sport but the dealer wouldn't honor the FORD advertised lease rate so I bought a BMW for less of a payment!
THE VALUE of the car is holding! My ballon after 4yrs at 2.5% is $18,500 and the value is around $30,000++. I live in a small market and car has low miles compared to mainland. The recent attack on clean air, energy, and EV's has bumped the value of all used EV's.
