I tried starting MME and received "No key detected". Also, I started having issues last week with Apple carplay not staying connected.
This is one of the biggest failings of Ford IMO. When they know of an issue, post it on a website so customers (and Ford employees) don't waste their time like this. I spent a total of an hour over the last week unsuccessfully trying to re-enable PAAK.I spent three hours with tech support this morning. We went through every reset possible on my iPhone and MME. After being past down by four techs, they sent me to Ford Pass support. Ford Pass support stated that there is an issue with Ford Pass and Blue tooth and that engineers are working on it. This issue started last night and I couldn't use keyless access or start my MME without the key fob. If this is the case, I wish they had told me that before spending three hours looking for help.
