Ford Pass not responding

Since yesterday I can only open and close my car. I can not set up departure times I can not change from 80% to 90%. I’ve rebooted my device. Signed off and even removed the app from my phone and reinstalled. PAAK set up was fine. But the other features are not responding just spins. I’ve called Ford Pass they said to go to the Alcatraz turn on turn off lock the door from inside wait 2 min and try again. Nope. Nothing. I have very little faith in The Help Desk

any suggestions?

Start the car and make the changes on the big screen.

Car might be in bad coverage area so won’t respond.

I am having similar problems. After the last FordPass update, I have lost my PAAK and cannot get it re-established. I get an error 11 when I try to re-establish it. When I push the button for requesting a new key, there is no response. I have tried everything listed on the big screen for getting access other than calling Ford.
Could it be that an incomplete OTA 6.14 is a factor here. The incomplete status has lasted for several days despite parking in a garage with WiFi.

Also, on a related matter, have any of you had problems signing into your EV Go and FLO apps? Both have given me the whirling circles of death for the last week.

I generally use EA, Blink or Charge+. Not many EvGo in my area. Also lots of VOLTA free level twos at the major malls etc
